Over the years we’ve learned that every home is different, as are client expectations. So we will provide suggestions, based solely on the size of your home and your budget. Please see below for our suggested time frames and estimates based on the size of the home and requested cleaning service level. Please note, that there are extreme variables when it comes to cleaning. These estimates are based on regular rotation cleaning services, once the home has been thoroughly cleaned initially or after 2-3 first cleans from one of our team members.

Move Out Cleaning Services
$45 per hour
Obtaining as much information as possible from your landlord is ideal to ensure nothing is being missed so that you will get your entire damage deposit back. If you’re selling a home and are wanting to clean things up, you can decide the level of clean you would like.
