Need some help with selling your home or feel like your decor needs a spruce up? We are happy to provide home staging services and interior decorating at affordable rates.
Services are charged on an hourly basis.
Home Set Up/Packing Services
Packing/Unpacking $40/hr
We will purchase moving boxes, tape, labels and bubble wrap/tissue paper for breakables. We will pack any small items from closets, bathrooms, kitchens etc. We do not move or protect any large furniture. For unpacking we remove items from boxes and lay out in the appropriate rooms. Rates are $40 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours per visit.
Home Set-Up $40/hr
This service goes the extra mile by unpacking and putting away your items and organizing your new home. Medium sized furniture can be moved and assembled. Clothing will be hung up and folded in dressers, kitchen cabinets and pantry will be organized along with bathrooms, media room, garage and more. $40 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours per visit.
Staging/Interior Decorating Services
Home Sale Staging
Packages starting at $150
We offer various options with our home staging services. Our most basic package includes photography day rentals, such as bedding, towels, florals/greenery, etc. For an extra cost you can rent the items or purchase them. Please contact us for additional package options.
Interior Decor Spruce Up
$40 per hour
We provide affordable interior decor services as we believe everyone should have functional spaces that they enjoy being in. We aim to work with as much as your current furniture as we can along with suggesting new pieces and providing research and shopping for new items. We typically work on a $40 per hour visit but we can arrange a set price based on the size of the project.
